Quotation Process
All quotes are assigned an account manager who will route your request through our feasibility and estimating process. During our reviews of your part(s), we may contact you to discuss part manufacturability, program, and quality requirements. You will typically receive a final quote from us within 1-2 days, depending on the complexity.
Program
Launch
Once you are ready to order, you will submit a purchase order to our drs@drsinc.com address. After receipt of the PO, DRS will assign you a designated Program Manager who will become your liaison through the manufacturing and production launch. This Program Manager will assist you with an overall tool design review before we get your project underway. Our goal is to give you peace of mind through the entire process, all the way to a part in your hand!
Post Launch Support
After launch, your program manager continues as your main contact. Depending on your requirements, you may also have interactions to our quality or production staff resources, as well. At any time, you may reach out and get a status update on your project and know where that tooling is at in the process. We know that your project and timeline are very important to you!
